Got the chance to sample the BBQ wings and a BBQ chicken plate with greens, cornbread, and sweet potatoes. The wings were on point: juicy and plentiful. The BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy with a kick, but the heat didn't leave an after taste...nice The BBQ chicken plate was delicious. I especially liked the chicken; plump and moist, not dried out like some other BBQ place offerings. The corn bread was lifted with the addition of jalapeno pieces to give it a flavor kick. The greens were a bit on the salty side, but it balanced out the sweet potato side. Can't wait to see what else in on the menu!

Had the pulled pork sandwich with slaw and potato salad. Everything was so delicious! Would definitely recommend :)

Oh yeah - there are nine sauce choices - all from where you would expect them to be from, such as Texas, KC, Memphis, Louisiana, etc. Loved the North Carolina Tar Heel sauce, and the meat was cooked to perfection.

Frank is the best cook in town. He catered for a business function I had and did amazing! He smoked briskit sandwiches with pork and beef along with chilli dogs for the kids. He has delivered special for my family smoked chicken, salmon, and ribs. He never disappoints. The food is always juicy and flavourful. Frank is talented and you can definitely taste his passion for food.

Excellent, I order the barbecue smoked chicken wing. The meat was very tender, and the falling off the bone. The chef’s honey spice barbecue sauce enriched the smoked flavors in the chicken. Well worth the price! This will be my Friday night take outs.Highly recommended to all Saint George’s population. You will love it GUARANTEED.

I had the Panhandle Brisket and it was delicious! The meat was tender and the sauce was perfect! It was strong on smokiness,(which I love) with just the right amount of sweet.

Frank had given me some bbq sauce to try. I liked it very much . I would call it a sweet heat kind of bbq sauce. Not a lot of heat on the tongue but could more so feel it in my face, but I like the chunky vegetables in it. My kind of style.
